Regular consumption of green tea helps in the prevention of degenerative and neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson`s.
So, we can all see how great and healthy green tea is for us. But it is healthy and beneficial only when it is consumed in moderation. Green tea has side effects but most of them occur due to an excessive consumption of it.
